В статье указывается на важность принципов педагогического проектирования и педагогического проектирования в обеспечении эффективности электронного обучения. Авторы рассматривают особенности и преимущества смешанного обучения как для студентов, так и для преподавателей вузов в целом, показывают возможности использования электронной среды в рамках очного и дистанционного обучения. Рассматривается практический аспект этих проблем, связанный с тем, что мало учителей готовы осваивать новейшие технологии, проектировать контентные и организационные аспекты цифрового образовательного пространства, адаптировать учебный процесс к требованиям инновационного общества, поскольку нет представлений о цифровом образовательном пространстве в целом. Компетенции в области ИКТ ошибочно связываются исключительно с разработкой технологий, устройств, не влияя на организацию проектной деятельности, развитие командных навыков и социализацию студентов. Основу электронной дидактики частично закладывает формат дистанционного обучения, в котором используются технологические средства среднего и высокого уровня, определяющие, как будет организовано взаимодействие между участниками образовательных отношений. Понятно, что эффективность цифрового образования зависит не только от платформы, реализуемой образовательными курсами, но и от компетентности самого преподавателя: способен ли он выстроить образовательный процесс, адаптировать его к требованиям современного общества, сможет ли он грамотно использовать информационные и коммуникационные технологии. Особый успех таких платформ заключается не только в технических возможностях образовательного портала, но и в компетенциях преподавателей, подготовивших эти курсы. Проведен анализ того, как внедрение информационных технологий в образовательный процесс приводит к улучшению результатов обучения студентов. Анализ контрольных тестов показал, что использование цифровых технологий в большинстве случаев повысило эффективность организации учебного процесса. Обзоры новейших технологий также показывают, что эти инструменты положительно влияют на достижение учащимися лучших результатов обучения.

The article points out the importance of the principles of pedagogical design and pedagogical design in ensuring the effectiveness of e-learning. The authors consider the features and benefits of blended learning for both students and university professors in general, show the possibilities of using the electronic environment in the framework of full-time and distance learning. The practical aspect of these problems is considered, associated with the fact that few teachers are ready to master the latest technologies, design the content and organizational aspects of the digital educational space, adapt the educational process to the requirements of an innovative society, since there is no idea about the digital educational space as a whole. Competencies in the field of ICT are mistakenly associated exclusively with the development of technologies, devices, without affecting the organization of project activities, the development of team skills and the socialization of students. The basis of e-didactics is partly laid by the format of distance learning, which uses medium and high-level technological means that determine how the interaction between the participants in educational relations will be organized. It is clear that the effectiveness of digital education depends not only on the platform implemented by educational courses, but also on the competence of the teacher himself, whether he is able to build the educational process, adapt it to the requirements of modern society, whether he can competently use information and communication technologies. The particular success of such platforms lies not only in the technical capabilities of the educational portal, but also in the competencies of the teachers who prepared these courses. The analysis of how the introduction of information technology into the educational process leads to an improvement in student learning outcomes. The analysis of control tests showed that the use of digital technologies in most cases increased the efficiency of the organization of the educational process. Reviews of the latest technology also show that these tools have a positive impact on student achievement of better learning outcomes.
