      <abstract xml:lang="ru" lang-variant="original" lang-source="author">
        <p>     Изучены показатели окислительного метаболизма эритроцитов крови больных диабетом 1 типа, осложненного диабетической нефропатией на разных стадиях ее развития. Доклиническая стадия диабетической нефропатии характеризуется увеличением накопления в эритроцитах катоболитов перекисного окисления липидов и снижением уровня антиоксидантной защиты. В клиническом дебюте ДН эти изменения стабилизируются. По мере развития нефропатии вновь активизируются процессы липопероксидации и угнетение антиокислительной активности эритроцитов крови.</p>

      <abstract xml:lang="en" lang-variant="translation" lang-source="translator">
        <p>     Parameters of an blood&amp;acute;s erythrocytes oxidative metabolism are investigated in patients with diabetes mellitus type 1 complicated of diabetic nephropathy at different stages of its development. Preclinical stage of diabetic nephropathy is characterized by increase of accumulation catabolites of the lipoperoxydation in erythrocytes and reduction the level of antioxidative defance. In clinical debut of DN these changes are stabilized. In process of development of nephropathy lipoperoxydation and oppressions of antioxidative activity of blood&amp;acute;s erythrocytes become again more active.&#13;
